Helps Me Sleep : Aquasentials Slumber Spa Sleep Eye Mask
As far as a sleep mask goes, this is worthless. It hardly blocks any light (I can still see the light from my digital alarm clock with this on) and it is itchy and uncomfortable. Although the mask was cheap, it wasn't worth what I paid for it.
Also, when I first took it out of the container it had an awful chemical smell and needed to be aired out for any days before I could use it.
